Governor: Russian forces fire 176 rounds at Sumy Oblast on Aug. 17

Sumy Oblast Governor Dmytro Zhyvytskyi reported that Russian forces carried out 15 attacks in the region. No casualties were reported, but Russian shelling damaged a school, cultural center, and several residences in the community of Esman.
