Governor: Russia shells Sieverodonetsk 11 times over past 24 hours, 9 people injured.

Luhansk Oblast Governor Serhiy Haidai reported on May 15 that Russia attacked the city of Sieverodonetsk 11 times from the artillery systems over the past 24 hours. Nine people were injured and are now being treated in a “ruined hospital.”
