General Staff: Russian troops attacked Spirne, Donetsk Oblast, ‘retreated chaotically.'

According to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Russia has conducted attacks against 10 settlements in Donetsk Oblast. Ukrainian forces report that zero settlements were lost.
