Ukraine’s Armed Forces detected movement of Russian units to Ukraine from the Russian Kursk, Bryansk and Voronezh regions. Ukraine’s military also reports that despite supply problems, Russian troops currently in Ukraine were able to accumulate “significant stocks of ammunition.”
