General Staff: Russian forces fail to capture Popasna, Rubizhne in Luhansk Oblast.

Ukraine's Armed Forces reported that Russian troops attempted to seize cities of Popasna and Rubizne in Luhansk Oblast to ensure "favorable conditions" for an offensive on Lyman and Sievierodonetsk, but didn't succeed.
