France backs cutting Russia from SWIFT .

French Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire said his country is in favor of ejecting Russia from SWIFT international payment system but other European states have “reservations” about using such a “financial nuclear weapon.” He added that the move to eject Russia from SWIFT could come “not in the coming days or weeks, but in the coming hours.”
