Foreign diplomats resume operations in Kyiv.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that 16 countries have resumed work inside the capital. These include France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Turkey, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Vatican, Moldova, Georgia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and the EU's diplomatic delegation to Ukraine.
