EU's working on further sanctions due to Kremlin's 'recklessness' towards civilians, including children.

According to the European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, the EU has to "get rid of the dependency on Russian gas, oil and coal" and will present proposals on March 8 on ways the bloc can diversify its energy supply away from Russia.
