EUObserver: Netherlands seeks 'rigorous' approach to Ukraine's EU candidacy.

According to an informal Dutch paper on Ukraine's application seen by EUobserver, the European Commission's recommendation should elaborate on reforms Ukraine must carry out in the future, including the criminalization of anti-LGBT hatred.
