EU to cut off 3 more Russian banks from SWIFT.

Russia's largest bank Sberbank, Moscow Credit Bank and Russian Agricultural Bank will be disconnected from the world's main messaging network for international payments. The measure is part of the European Union's sixth sanctions package, which was formally approved by the EU on June 2.
