Energy Ministry: Electricity restored to over 17,000 consumers on July 16

Ukraine’s Energy Ministry reported that around 17,350 consumers have regained power over the past day, although around 600,000 consumers remain cut off due to hostilities. Specifically, 16,950 consumers in Donetsk Oblast and 400 in Zaporizhzhia Oblast regained power.
