Defense Ministry: Russia ready to launch 16 cruise missiles from Black Sea.

Oleksandr Motuzianyk, a spokesman for Ukraine's Defense Ministry, said two Russian ships with a total volley of up to 16 Kalibr cruise missiles are ready for use in the Black Sea.
