CNN: Senators Blumenthal and Graham support labeling Russia as state sponsor of terrorism

U.S. Senators Lindsey Graham and Richard Blumenthal agreed that the Biden administration should label Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism, and believe they could garner bipartisan support for a bill that would force President Joe Biden to enact it.
