2 Russians, 1 Ukrainian arrested after attempted break-in at Albanian weapons factory.

The Albanian Defense Ministry said it's security forces apprehended three foreign nationals after they attacked two soldiers with a neuroparalysing spray. The group consisted of two men and a woman. All three are suspected of espionage.
