U.S to allocate additional $2.75 billion to Ukraine humanitarian crisis. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, at a visit to a checkpoint on the Polish-Ukrainian border with Polish Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau, announced that the U.S government will provide an additional $2.75 billion in refugee aid to accomodate those fleeing Ukraine.
