Mykolaiv Oblast Governor Vitaliy Kim, told Reuters that Western-supplied weapons are helping Ukrainian forces and it is "just a matter of time" before Ukraine regains significant ground in the south. Kim also added that western artillery is already working in the region. He didn't specify the weapons system.
