Vladyslav Atroshenko said in an interview with news website on March 22, that there are approximately 130,000 people remaining in the city. Before the all-out war, that number was close to 285,000. He said that Chernihiv is now dealing with a shortage of doctors and those qualified to repair critical infrastructure.
