According to Ombudsman Lyudmyla Denisova, Russian forces carry out searches in houses and offices of local business owners, detain them, and release after they pay “compensations." Russian occupiers are trying to impose “taxes and fees,” — in cash, goods, or products — on entrepreneurs “in favor of Russia,” Denisova says.
