The foreign ministers of each country, along with their energy ministers, met in Odesa on Sept. 15 to discuss energy security and agreed on a number of projects to expand Ukraine's electricity supply to Moldova and Romania, Ukrainian Foreign Affairs Minister Dmytro Kuleba announced on Twitter.
